THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.MALLIKARJUNA RAO
SECOND APPEAL No.509 OF 2011
JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing in the morning as
well as in the afternoon sessions, no representation is made on
behalf of the appellant, but, however, learned counsel for the
respondents is present.
2. Despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal",
no representation is made on behalf of the appellant. It seems
that the appellant has not shown any interest to pursue the
appeal.
3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
