Judgment:

       This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the order, dated

12.12.2018, passed in CC No.272 of 2015 by the learned Judicial

Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Srikakulam.

2.     Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court

to withdraw the Criminal Appeal.

3.     Permission is accorded.

4.     Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

5.     As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in this Criminal Appeal shall stand closed.
