Sri T.Sai Surya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A-7 in C.C.No.369 of 2002 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Eluru, submitted that A-1 in said case filed Crl.R.C.No.1733 of 2011 as well as A-3 also filed Crl.R.C.No.1735 of 2011, which are pending on the file of this Court and requested this Court to adjourn all the three revision cases on one day.

In order to avoid conflicting of judgments, the Registry is directed to list Crl.R.C.Nos.1733 and 1735 of 2011 along with this matter.
