                          Heard the arguments of the learned
                   counsel for the appellant.
                          The   main   plank    arguments    of   the
                   appellant is that though the deceased was an
                   agricultural coolie, future profits of 30% was
                   awarded which is not proper and that the
                   driver of the offending vehicle was only
                   having LMV driving licence and he was not
                   supposed to drive the tractor-trailer.
                          Heard the arguments of Sri P. Shiva Sai
                   Dattathreya Raju, representing the learned
                   counsel for the first respondent. The learned

counsel would like to file the decision in Mukund Dewangan vs. Oriental Insurance Company Limited reported in (2017) 14 SCC 663 and he has to file the same in the Registry.
