JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellants represented that 1st

appellant died, even though, 2nd appellant is alive, he is not

responding and the appeal may be closed.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants filed a Memo vide USR

No.113012 of 2023 before the Registry.

3. Perused.

4. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
