      THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY

        CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.930 of 2016

ORDER:

The present civil revision petition arises out of the

order passed in I.A.No.629 of 2015 in O.S.No.323 of 2007,

dated 04.12.2015 by VI Additional Senior Civil Judge,

Visakhapatnam.

2. As per the information available on e-Courts, the

Judgment and preliminary Decree was passed on

20.12.2019 by the trial Court. As the suit is disposed of, no

further order is necessary.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as

infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if

any, shall stand closed.
