appears that the authorities concerned have overlooked the decree and judgment dated 11.02.2020 in O.S.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Lakkireddipalli by furnishing the instructions to the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.
Let the appropriate instructions be obtained and counter be filed by the date of next adjournment.
List the matter after two (02) weeks in the motion list.
In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on respondents 10 to 12 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service into the Registry by the date of next adjournment.
The 6th respondent-Gram Panchayat and also 2nd respondent shall also file their counters, if any, by the date of next adjournment.
