                APPEAL SUIT No.154 of 2005

JUDGMENT:

On the last occasion i.e., on 31.10.2023 there was no

representation on either side. Hence, this matter was listed

under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Today also, there is no representation on either side.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
