        Petition under Section 389(1 ) of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated
in the grounds filed in Criminal Revision Case, the High Court may be pleased to grant
bail to the petitioner/ accused ordering her release from the District jail at Vijayawada
on the Judgment, dated 24-02-2023 in Criminal Appeal No.219 of 2016, passed by the
first Appellate Court of XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada,
pending disposal of CRLRC No. 407 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

      The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
memorandum of grounds f'lled in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of
Sri Ch Nagendramu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the
Respondent No.2, the Court made the following;
ORDER:

ff Sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Court below alone is

suspended pending disposal of the criminal Revision Case. The petitioner herein shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Special Magistrate, Vijayawada."
