CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 1206 of 2023
JUDGMENT:-
1) Heard Smt. G. Padmavathi, Advocate, representing
Sri. T.V.S. Kumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
2) The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for direction
to the Trial Court to dispose of O.S. No. 34 of 2011 pending
in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor
District.
3) The Petitioner is the Defendant.
4) The Suit is for partition. 5) The case status details, as annexed, shows that the
trial Court is proceeding with the case, granting short
dates and the Suit is at the stage of the cross-examination.
6) The Suit is now fixed for 08.05.2023 "for steps".
7) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner could not point
out for what "steps" the next date is fixed.
8) In view of the aforesaid, the Court does not find any
reason to issue the directions, as prayed for.
9) In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
10) However, dismissal of this revision would not come in
the way to decide the Suit expeditiously as it pertains to
the year 2011.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
