Smt.V.Dyumani, learned counsel, representing the learned
counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was
convicted by judgment dated 28.12.2021 in C.C.No.1 of 2012 on
the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First
Class, Kadapa. In view of the same, nothing survives for
adjudication in this Criminal Petition.
2. Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous
applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
