ORDER:-

         The prayer of the Writ Petitioner reads as follows:-

              " to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd
              respondent in rejecting the proposal through impugned

proceedings in RC.No.1054/B8/2017, dated 20.03.2017 as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of Article 14, 21-A and 45 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Judgments of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9503 of 2005, dated 30.07.2013 and Writ Appeal No.216/2014, dated 30.07.2013 forthwith and pass such other order and orders..."

2. The present Writ Petition is filed to set aside the Orders in the

impugned proceedings vide Rc.No:1054/B8/2017, dated 20.03.2017.

3. Both the petitioners' and respondents' counsels have stated that the

present Writ Petition is covered by Order in W.P.No.30927 of 2022 and

batch.

4. In view of the submissions made by both the counsels the present

Writ Petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned Order dated

20.03.2017 and the respondents are directed to follow the guidelines issued

in W.P.No.30927 of 2022 and batch, dated 05.01.2023, which are at page

No.7 in Paragraph No.9.

5. Office is directed to attach the Order copy of W.P.No.30927 of 2022

and batch, dated 05.01.2023.
