ORDER:

Heard Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the revision

petitioners/Judgment-debtors, and learned counsel for the

Respondent/Decree-holder.

2. This Revision is filed questioning the Order dated 19.08.2015 in

E.A.No.382 of 2015 in E.P.No.18 of 2013 in O.S.No.780 of 2007 on the

file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge's Court, Kakinada, which was

filed under Order XXI Rule 90 (2) of C.P.C by the Judgment-debtors.

3. Verification of Case Information System [CIS] would show that

that sale certificate was issued and E.P proceedings before the trial

Court was terminated on 19.08.2015.

4. In that view of the matter, this Civil Revision Petition is

'Dismissed as infructuous'. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
