                APPEAL SUIT No.581 of 2007

JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 15.02.2023, there was no

representation on either side and the matter was posted

13.03.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Again the matter

is called on this day i.e., on 15.03.2023.

2. There is no representation on either side even today, as

the appellants do not appear to be interested in prosecuting the

appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There

shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in

this appeal, shall stand closed.
