that though the respondents have filed W.A.No.265 of 2023 challenging the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.1227 of 2021, the judgment dated 28.07.2022 shall be complied with by the said respondents within a period of four (04) weeks from today. He submits that the 2nd respondent has already addressed a letter to the Government vide Lr.Rc.No.ESE02-17021/34/2021-PS1-CSE, dated 16.02.2023 seeking necessary instructions in terms of the order of this Court, which is still awaited.

Recording the above submissions, list the matter on 29.03.2023, with liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant to file application, if the order is complied in the meantime, for the preponement of the case.
