             THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS

                   APPEAL SUIT No.223 of 2008

JUDGMENT:

None appeared on either side.

2. As could be seen from the earlier docket order dated

19.06.2023, though the matter was listed under the caption 'for

dismissal', none appeared on either side.

3. However, the matter was listed to this day as last chance.

But, today also none appeared on either side in the morning as

well as afternoon.

4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be

no order as to costs.

5. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

6. Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand

closed.
