This appeal is filed seeking to dispense with filing of the certified copy of judgment and decree.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the certified copy was already filed in A.S.No.228 of 2023.
Considering the reason set out in the petition, filing of certified copy is dispensed with.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated in the petition, though there may be a reason that advocate suffers with ill health, it appears that the party was not diligent enough to enquire about the fate of the unnumbered appeal.
Having regard to the above, the petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority at Amaravathi within two weeks from
this date.
Soon after complying the same, further action shall be taken by the Registry.
A.S.No.281 of 2023 List it along with the connected appeals.
