CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.19 OF 2022
ORDER:
Aggrieved by the order dated 21.10.2021 in E.A. No.78 of
2021 in E.P. No.67 of 2016 in O.S. No.543 of 2013 on the file of
the Court of VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, the
civil revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908, is came to be filed by the petitioner/judgment
debtor.
02. Learned counsel for the petitioner/ judgment debtor
represented that the revision petition has become infructuous
since the revision petition is filed against the E.A. No.78 of 2021
in E.P. No.67 of 2016 and whereas the matter has been settled
and E.P. No.67 of 2016 was finally disposed by an order dated
06.03.2023 (verified through e-courts website).
03. Sri A.R. Adarsh, learned counsel representing Sri
Padilam Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the respondent/ Decree
Holder is present. He also confirmed the fact that the matter was
settled outside the court.

04. In view of the same, the revision petition is dismissed
as infructuous. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
