JUDGMENT:

Smt K.V.Ramani., learned counsel representing on behalf

of learned counsel for appellant filed letter for withdrawal dated

14.07.2023 as the matter is settled out of Court between the

parties seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the

appeal.

Permission is accorded.

02. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel

for the appellant, without going into the correctness of the

contention, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall

be no order as to costs.
