JUDGMENT:

Both the counsel are present.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal, as the matter is

settled out of court between the parties and filed a Memo on

10.07.2023 to that effect.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also

stand closed.
