                    APPEAL SUIT No.307 of 2017

JUDGMENT:

Sri K.V.M.Chiranjeevi, learned counsel, representing

learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the matter is

settled out of the Court, as such the Appeal may be

dismissed.

2. Under the circumstances, the Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
