payment has already been made.

3. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. It appears that as the payment has been made to the

petitioner, no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner today.

5. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
