Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.29 of 2013, regular appeal A.S.No.147 of 2022 is filed and the same is pending on the file of the appellate Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file copy of decree in O.S.No.29 of 2013 within a period of one (1) week.

Interim order granted earlier is extended by eight (8) more weeks.

List the matter on 20.02.2023.
