WRIT PETITION No.36075 of 2022

JUDGMENT:-

No representation from the side of the petitioners.

On 22.12.2022, none appeared and the matter was

posted on 02.02.2023.

On 02.02.2023 following order was passed:

"No representation for the petitioner. Sri V. Ashok Ram, learned Government Pleader for Finance submits that the amount claimed in the writ petitioner for the work done, has been paid to the petitioner. List on 16.02.2023. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner may obtain instructions on the above aspect".

Sri V. Ashok Ram, Government Pleader for Finance

submits that to the effect that the amount claimed in the writ

petition for the work done, has been paid to the petitioner an

affidavit has also been filed.

Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

It appears that for the aforesaid reasons the

petitioners are not appearing.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
