This Court perused the Memorandum of grounds of Appeal and also affidavit filed in support of this application. This Court is prima facie satisfied that the Appellant has shown sufficient cause for grant of interim order.

Accordingly, there shall be interim suspension of judgment and

decree dated 02.11.2022 passed in F.C.O.P.No.100 of 2017 on the file of the Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore.
