          C.R.P.Nos.58 of 2020, 3867 and 3868 of 2019

ORDER:-

       These Civil Revision Petitions have been preferred against the

Order and Decree dated 21.11.2019 passed in I.A.No.791, 789 and 790

of 2019 in O.S.No.436 of 2013 on the file of the court of XII Additional

District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

2.     Today, Mr.V.Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the

respondents, represented that the O.S.No.436 of 2013 filed by the

petitioner/plaintiff before the XII Additional District Judge,

Visakhapatnam, has been withdrawn, and therefore, these matters

have become infructuous. He has furnished a copy of the Judgment

dated 07.01.2021 passed in O.S.No.436 of 2013 before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the Civil Revision Petitions are

dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand dismissed.
