JUDGMENT:-

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel for the Appellant submits that the suit in

O.S.No.81 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil

Judge, Anantapur, itself is disposed of and nothing

remains for adjudication in this matter and therefore, the

present appeal has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, the Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case

shall stand closed.
