This petition is filed seeking to suspend the judgment of conviction and sentence, dated 01.03.2018, passed in C.C.No.489 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court, Eluru, as confirmed by order, dated 06.02.2023, passed in Criminal Appeal No.110 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, West Godavari, at Eluru, and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal revision case.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent-State. Perused the material record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the grounds urged in the revision, the petitioner has got fair chances of success in the revision.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and the issues raised in the grounds of revision, which require detailed examination, the substantive sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended, pending disposal of the Crl.RC, and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru.
