       Learned counsel for the respondents filed IA.No.1 of 2021 stating that

pending appeal, the sole appellant died in the year 2019 itself and that the

appellant has no legal representatives to prosecute the appeal and accordingly

prayed to dismiss the appeal as abated.

Having regard to the above, the appeal is declared abated. There shall

be no order as to costs.

Pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed.
