         When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Sreedhar Valiveti,

learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw the Writ Petition to file a fresh petition before the proper

court.

         Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

         Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory

applications pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
