This writ appeal is preferred challenging the interim order dated

21.10.2022 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.34563 of 2022.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering that

the order under challenge is only an interim order and the main case is

pending consideration on merits, without interfering with the impugned

interim order, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ appeal with a

request to the learned single Judge to expedite the hearing of the main writ

petition and decide the same at the earliest.

3. Accordingly, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Pending

miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
