JUDGMENT:-
No representation for the petitioner.
Sri C.Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the
petitioner has submitted a letter dated 30.01.2023 to the
Registrar Judicial, Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record
submitting as follows:
"The above case has become infructuous due to
efflux of time. The petitioner has instructed not to proceed
and instructed to withdraw the matter.
You are therefore requested to kindly direct the
office to post the above case before the appropriate Court
for withdrawal of the matter without any further delay."
Sri J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned Central Government Counsel
for the respondents has no objection.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
