Criminal Revision Case No.702 of 2018
ORDER:
This revision is preferred aggrieved by the judgment, dated
08.03.2018, passed in Criminal Appeal No.281 of 2016 on the file of
the Court of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track
Court, Krishna, at Vijayawada, whereby, the said appeal was
dismissed confirming the judgment, dated 30.08.2016, in C.C.No.17
of 2013 on the file of the Court of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan
Magistrate, Vijayawada.
2. When the revision is taken up, Sri P.A. Seshu, learned counsel
for the petitioner is present and submitted that he has already given
up vakalat and handed over the file to the revision petitioner when
he was alive but the same seems to have not been presented to the
Court.
3. Ms. Vallabhaneni Shanti Sree, learned counsel represented
that a memo, dated 22.07.2022, had been submitted reporting
death of the sole revision petitioner/accused on 07.01.2020 and a
copy of the death certificate was also enclosed to the said memo.
4. The Criminal Revision Case is closed as no steps have been
taken so far.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
