1. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the

appellant/writ petitioner-society filed W.P.No.15884 of 2005

challenging the action of the respondents in forcing the members of

the petitioner-society to vacate the land to an extent of 1.61 acres in

Sy.No.144/6A, Vidyadharapuram, Vijayawada, without following due

process of law, and that the said writ petition was dismissed, aggrieved

by which, the present writ appeal has been filed, however, during

pendency of this writ appeal, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.1610

Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 03.11.2006 allotting the surplus

land to the members of the petitioner-society, who are in occupation of

the said land, after payment of prescribed amount. He would further

submit that in view of the above G.O., dated 03.11.2006, nothing

survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.

2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Appeal is closed. No

costs. All the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
