             THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND

                    SECOND APPEAL No.10 of 2022

JUDGMENT:

1. Sri K.V.M. Chiranjeevi, learned counsel, representing Sri Sai

Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the appellant on

record, submits that the matter is settled out of the Court, as

per the instructions received from his client and sought

permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal.

2. The submission of the learned counsel is placed on record.

3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this Second

Appeal shall stand closed.
