Report received from the Trial Court that on 06.06.2016 when the matter is coming for the arrest of judgment-debtor in pursuance of the Orders, dated 02.12.2015, the counsel for the judgment-debtor submitted that the judgment- debtor filed I.P.No.22 of 2016 and therefore, the Trial Court closed the execution petition with an opportunity to reopen the same subject to the result of insolvency petition.

Now, the information available in Case Information System (CIS) would show that I.P.No.22 of 2016 was disposed of on merit by dismissing the insolvency petition on 17.07.2018.

In that view of the matter, list the revision- petition on 21.08.2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
