                  Contempt Case No.4226 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after

filing of this Contempt Case that the respondents have complied

with the order of this Court and closed the rowdy sheet opened

against the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the said

order, dated 23.06.2023, closing the rowdy sheet opened against

the petitioner.

Therefore, recording the same, the Contempt Case is

closed. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall also stand closed.
