Smt. K.Srilakshmi, learned counsel
representing Sri K.V.Subba Reddy, learned
counsel for the revision-petitioner present.
Sri V.Adinarayana, learned counsel
representing Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel
for the respondents present.
It appears that both revision-petitions are
filed against the impugned Order of the learned
Trial Judge in dismissing the applications to
condone the delay of 1276 days in representing
the plaints.
It further appears that in both the matters
plaints were presented without paying the court
fee, and learned Trial Court returned the said
plaints for payment of court fee, and
subsequently, plaints were not represented by
paying the court fee and later, after delay of 1276 ...contd days, the plaints were represented giving some Page No.2 explanation for delay.
...contd., Learned counsel for the respondents would
submit that he will submit Judgment regarding
limitation aspect and sought time.
In that view of the matter, list both the
revisions on 25.08.2023.
