     THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.MALLIKARJUNA RAO

                 APPEAL SUIT No.441 OF 2011

JUDGMENT:

When the matter is taken up for hearing in the morning as

well as in the afternoon sessions, no representation is made on

behalf of the appellants, but, however the learned counsel for the

respondent is present.

2. Despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal",

the appellants are not getting ready. It seems that the appellants

have not shown any interest to pursue the appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
