Heard Sri Y. Seetharamanjineyulu, learned Counsel
appearing on behalf of Sri T. Venugopal, learned Counsel for the
Contempt Petitioners and Sri Ashok Ram, learned Government
Pleader for Finance appearing for Respondent Nos.2,3, and 7.
2. Sri Ashok Ram, learned Government Pleader for
Finance appearing for Respondent Nos.2,3, and 7, on
instructions, submits that the claims raised by the Contempt
Petitioners in both the cases have been settled. He has also
placed on record the Proceedings bearing Lr.No.FIN01-
FMUOMISC /350/2022 (1778130) dated 20.04.2023, under
which the amounts have been paid. The same is taken on
record.
3. In this view of the matter, the Contempt Cases are
Closed. There shall be no Order as to costs.
5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of in
terms of this Judgment.
