JUDGMENT:-

1) Heard Sri. Nagasen K, Advocate, representing

Sri.P.Anand Seshu, learned counsel for the Petitioners.

2) The Petitioners have filed I.A. No. 1 of 2023 for

withdrawal of the Writ Petition inter alia submitting that

the cause of action for which the petition was filed no

longer survives.

3) Recording the said statement, the petition is

dismissed as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
