                   1)    On 01.03.2023, this Court passed the
                   following Order:-

"Sri L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that though the respondents have filed W.A.No.265 of 2023 challenging the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.1227 of 2021, the judgment dated 28.07.2022 shall be complied with by the said respondents within a period of four (04) weeks from today. He submits that the 2nd respondent has already addressed a letter to the Government vide Lr.Rc.No.ESE02- 17021/34/2021-PS1-CSE, dated 16.02.2023 seeking necessary instructions in terms of the order of this Court, which is still awaited.

Recording the above submissions, list the matter on 29.03.2023, with liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant to file application, if the order is complied in the meantime, for the preponement of the case."

2) As is evident, Sri. L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, submitted that the Judgment of this Court, dated 28.07.2022, in W.P.No.1227 of 2021, shall be complied with by the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within a period of four [04] weeks from 01.03.2023. The matter was listed on 29.03.2023 and again it is listed today, but the judgment, dated 28.07.2022, has not been complied. Sri.L.V.S.Nagaraju, submits that he has written instructions to say that the proposal for the Petitioner is under examination and is pending with the Principal Secretary, School Education, and request for four weeks further time to take decision in the matter.

3) The Court finds that the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 took four weeks time for compliance of the Court's judgment but in- spite of more than six [06] weeks having expired, have yet not complied with the judgment.

4)     Post on 24.04.2023.

5)     Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall appear

personally before this Court for framing of the charges.

6) On the date fixed, the Court will also consider for issuance of contempt notice to the 1st Respondent.
