"Sri K. Madhava Reddy, learned standing counsel for GVMC submits that he has recently been engaged and one opportunity may be granted to him to arrange for paper book and argue the matter on the next date.

As jointly requested, as last opportunity, list on17.04.2023 under the same caption."

2. No one represents for the petitioner. The matter pertains

to the year 2016 and is shown under the caption "specially

identified cases".

3. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed

for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
