COMMON JUDGMENT (ORAL) Dt:22.09.2022

(per Prashant Kumar Mishra, CJ)

Mr.C.Sumon, learned Special Government Pleader, attached to

the office of learned Advocate General, submits that both the matters

have been rendered infructuous due to change of policy during the

subsequent years.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, both the matters are

dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty in favour of the respective

parties to revive the proceedings if the cause still survives. No costs.

All pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
