Citation : 2022 Latest Caselaw 7275 AP
Judgement Date : 21 September, 2022

Andhra Pradesh High Court - Amravati
Sana Dilleswara Rao vs Assistant Commissioner Another on 21 September, 2022
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VUTUKURU SRINIVAS

CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.61 of 2012

JUDGMENT:

On 07.07.2022, it was represented that the learned counsel

for the appellant on record had given up vakalat and hence

directed to file a memo to that effect by listing the matter under

the caption 'for dismissal'. Subsequently, on 15.07.2022, the

learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo in USR No.42015 of

2022 dated 15.07.2022 and hence, this Court ordered notice to the

appellant and listed the matter after three (3) weeks.

2. Though notice was served on the appellant on 30.07.2022,

there is no representation for the appellant. In spite of listing the

matter under the caption 'for dismissal', today also, there is no

representation for the appellant. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

3. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.

Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
