This Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioners/appellants/Accused Nos.1 & 3 seeking suspension of the sentence of imprisonment passed by learned XII Additional Sessions Judge, Pithapuram, in S.C.No.317 of 2018, by judgment dated 25.08.2022.

By the said judgment, the petitioners- appellants-accused 1 & 3 were convicted and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 IPC.

Having regard to the facts in issue and as the petitioners-appellants-Accused 1 & 3 were convicted for an offence punishable under Section 302 r/w 34 IPC and sentenced to suffer 'imprisonment for life', and as no special reasons or a case is made out, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners- appellants at this stage.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed.
