                          Plaintiffs filed the present second appeal against
                   the judgment and decree, dated 18.04.2022 passed in
                   A.S.No.18 of 2014 on the file of the XI Additional District
                   Judge, Piler, Chittoor District, confirming the judgment
                   and decree, dated 26.06.2014 passed in O.S.No.1 of
                   2001 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Piler, Chittoor
                   District.

                          The suit in O.S.No.1 of 2001 was filed by the
                   plaintiffs for partition and separate possession of suit
                   properties.

                          The trial Court decreed the suit so far as item
                   Nos.1 to 5 and 7 to 10 only and the suit with regard to
                   item No.6 of the suit property is dismissed. Aggrieved by
                   the same, the 2nd defendant preferred A.S.No.18 of 2014
                   and the same was allowed with costs throughout by
                   judgment and decree dated 13.04.2022 and hence, the
                   suit was dismissed. Therefore, the present Second Appeal
                   is filed by the plaintiffs.

                          Heard.
                          Admit.
                          The following substantial questions of law arise for
                   consideration.
 1) Whether the judgment and decree of the Court
   below is vitiated in not framing the points for
   consideration under Order 41 Rule 31 C.P.C?

2) Whether the judgment and decree of the appellate
   Court is vitiated in not considering Section 8 of the
   Hindu Succession Act?
