Learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants is permitted to take out personal service of notice to the respondents through RPAD and file proof thereof.

In view of the preliminary decree for partition passed by the trial Court and the appeal preferred challenging the same, the stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the decree, except passing final decree is granted.
