Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 13.06.2022 in RCA No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court-Cum-Appellate Authority under A.P. Buildings Lease, Rent and Eviction Act, Rajamahendravaram, on condition of the petitioner shall continue to pay the admitted rents every month.
