                          This writ petition is preferred seeking a direction to the
                   2nd respondent - Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur

District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021 and take necessary action.

In the representation dated 22.12.2021 submitted to the Registrar (Vigilance) of this Court and the Principal District Judge, Guntur, a copy of which is available at page 19 of the material papers, the petitioner has stated as under:

"I, Shaik Latheif Saheb @ Basha s/o. Chinna Latheif, resident of Dr.No.19-172, Pedda Maseed Bazar, Vinukonda Town, Guntur District, filed C.A. 14582 dt.30-9-2019 in O.S.167/1984 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet before the Principal District Judge, Guntur for certified copies of the judgment and decree. The said copy application was returned on the ground that the record was not consigned. Hence my copy application was returned on 30-10-2019. Later I have filed copy application No.3736 dt.3-4-2021 to obtain certified copies of the decree and judgment in O.S.167/1984 and also Ex.A1 to A28 and Ex.B1 to B29 along with the decree and judgment in A.S.69/98. My copy application was returned on 29-5-2021 in spite of complying omissions. Under the above circumstances, I am unable to obtain certified copies of the judgment and decree and also Exhibits. spite of my best efforts, I could not obtain them. Please kindly enquire into the return of my copy application and do justice to me. I am herewith enclosing the zerox copies of the copy applications filed in both Principal District Court and Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet."

Let the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, submit a report supported by his own affidavit in this connection, before the next date of hearing.
